Executive Director
Millie has experience with non-profit organizations in the Denton Area as a volunteer, as well as managing the American Red Cross for Denton County.
She was the Regional Director in Public Policy and Sales for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), a small business advocacy group.
She also has extensive experience in the private sector managing teams and projects, as she was employed by GTE/Verizon for many years as Director of Regulatory Affairs. Millie graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business.
Liz WhitakerChef/Kitchen ManagerLiz is a graduate of St Catherines College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in Nutrition and Business. She is also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of St. Paul and was the first woman to graduate with honors. After a successful career operating her own catering business, she now enjoys the unique challenges that Our Daily Bread provides.
Bryan LeenhoutsAssistant to the ChefBryan is a long-time dedicated volunteer with Our Daily Bread. He is a graduate of Liberty Christian School and attends Cross Timbers Community Church with his family.Bryan is very active with youth, serving as a youth basketball coach in Sanger and as Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop 771. While working with the Boy Scouts, he uses his planning skills to prepare well-balanced meals on campouts and special events. Bryan also has extensive experience in the construction industry.

Executive Administrative Assistant
Anne is a graduate of Texas Woman's University in Denton, TX with a Bachelor of Science degree.
She has been in the educational field for over five years, teaching children from nursery school through first grade in local Denton community churches and schools.
Anne currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director at Our Daily Bread by maintaining the hygiene program, managing office duties, and aiding in fundraising, grant writing, and special programs.
Every time this site is shared it equals approximately $1 in internet advertising for Our Daily Bread.
