Volunteer With Us
We cannot do what we do without the help of our volunteers! Because we are the only 24/7 low-barrier homelessness care center in Denton County, we have a wide range of individual and group volunteering opportunities for the mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
To get started as an individual volunteer click the VOLUNTEER SHIFTS button below. Please scroll down to see additional information on Court-Ordered Community Service volunteering, group volunteering, and becoming a Community Partner.
View our volunteer handbook here.
Community Service Volunteer
Please review the list of offenses that are eligible for community service. All court-ordered community service volunteers must have their offense approved by a member of Our Daily Bread staff. Once approved please signup under Volunteer Shifts. Contact us here.
Group Volunteering
Please click the contact us button below so we can coordinate a date and time for your group. It is recommended that groups contact us 2 weeks prior to the preferred volunteer date.
Community Partners
We are so grateful for our Community Partners who provide free services for our guests such as mental health groups, haircuts, bible studies, art classes, and so much more! If you are interested in becoming a Community Partner please click the Community Partner Interest Form button below.
